cash

Cash

Cash takes the form of dollars and is the main currency in Top Eleven. They are used for pretty much everything in the game, from signing new players, to investing in your club's infrastructure (things like the stadiumsize, quality of the pitch, training facilities and medical equipment).

How to earn Cash:
It's quite easy to understand how to get Cash in Top Eleven as, unlike many Facebook games, it pretty much equates to real life. You earn Cash by selling players, attracting as many fans as possible to watch your team to support your club with ticket sales, and signing lucrative sponsorship deals – which are better depending on performance.
If your finances in Top Eleven reach minus numbers, you are in a bit of trouble. You are allowed to go 'overdrawn' into the minus figures, but have to resolve this within 7 days. Otherwise, the game will sell some of your players (starting with your most valuable one!) until the balance has been redressed. After 7 days, the first player will be sold. One more will go each day until you are back in the black.

Sponsorship:

You are able to get your club a sponsorship deal, which will allow you to earn a regular income of coins into your coffers.

To do this, visit the Finances menu. Click on the 'Sponsorship' tab. From here, you can select which companies you would like to sponsor your team. Some will be locked until your team is at a certain level (including, humorously, sponsorship from the developers themselves!).

The regularlity of payments and value varies depending on the company and your team's calibre. Sponsorships expire after a set period of time, so be sure to check back to make sure you are not missing out on any Coins that you could potentially be earning."

Sponsorship is a vital source of income.
Fans:

Fans are one of the primary metrics for establishing how well you are doing at Top Eleven, but also net you plenty of Cash. Of course, your league position may be more important, but having plenty of fans will keep your team's morale high and, most importantly, generate income for your club through ticket sales and merchandising. Your team's performances have an impact on the number of fans that support your club, but making sure there are tickets available at games with enough seats is important too.

token

Tokens

Tokens are the premium currency in Top Eleven, something which is in virtually every Facebook game nowadays. Thankfully, the game is much more generous than some, both with regards to giving out Tokens, and for forcing you to use them. In fact, Tokens are used only for rushing any building projects that are ongoing, making bids on players in auctions, and for changing the details of your club (something which you should have set up properly at the start of your game anyway).

How to earn Tokens

In Top Eleven it is possible to receive one token per day for free, if you are taking part in the correct TV Rights contracts. This encourages players to keep cominig back and means you can, potentially, compete at the game without ever having to spend your real money on it. Otherwise, you can earn Tokens by clicking on the 'Win Tokens' link at the top of the game screen. This works much the same as in other Facebook games, where you are rewarded for completing surveys and participating in offers. Finally, you can choose to simply buy the Tokens yourself. Again, you will have to physically pay for these using your own money in real life, and you can do that over the internet or on your mobile. It is not necessary in Top Eleven though, and it is worth spending some time playnig the game for free first to see if you really want to invest actual money in your team.

To buy Tokens in Top Eleven, click on the Buy Tokens option at the very top of the game screen. Sometimes, you will see the Tokens icon in game next to something you can buy or speed up - you can also click the icon there. You are then able to enter your payment details and confirm the amount of Tokens that you would like to purchase.

You can also now earn Tokens through Direct Transfers. See the Direct Transfers section of this guide for more info, but essentially, as the manager of a team selling a player, you will receive a fee from the purchasing manager upon the deal being done. This is an incentive to conduct deals in this manner.

NOTE: You are now able to purchase Tokens using Facebook Credits. This can be a great way to advance at the game more quickly than you would otherwise.

TV Rights

Much like the Sponsorship options, you can use the TV Rights tab in the Finances Menu to get a regular income of Tokens to help boost your team. These have certain conditions that you have to fulfill - there will be one that always rewards you with a Token every day, but higher-level ones will give you more for playing the game daily, beating more teams or fulfilling other criteria.

Referrals

Like the new Direct Transfer system, you can also earn Tokens through Referrals. This is essentially where you invite other Facebook friends of yours to play Top Eleven. They do have to perform certain actions in game and, depending on how frequently they play, how into the game they are, you can receive different amounts of Tokens.

To view the status of your current referrals, click on the Awards section. Below is a list of the Referrals that you can earn:

Tactics and Formations

Picking the right formation is always one of the most important things you can do going into any match in Top Eleven, as in real life. You can view all the predefined formations, which feature some of the most common in the world of soccer, such as the ubiquitous 4-4-2 and 4-3-3 formations, in the Squad screen. Select the Formations tab to see them in full.

Fine tune your tactics to out-smart your opponents.
Defensive

If you want to choose strong, defense-minded formations, perhaps because your recent games have resulted with many goals being conceded, you can opt for the likes of the 5-3-2. This formation has one sweeper defender in the center, with two other central defenders either side. There should then be two wing-backs, one on each side. You then want three central midfielders, and two strikers.

This formation relies a lot on the wing backs getting forward, so you need to set their mentality to push on. Because there are five defenders and the midfielders are compact in the center, it is a very solid basis to build upon. Use Counter Attacking combined with your wing backs to put a sting in the tail of this formation.

5-4-1 is the next defensive formation worth considering. You can play with three center backs but because you now have four in midfield, you are able to play with wingers in front of your wing backs. This makes it a more attacking formation, in terms of getting the ball up to the lone striker. If you set your wingers and one of the central midfielders to have red arrows so they attack, you can be very strong on the counter attack with this formation.

4-5-1 is very similar to the previous formation. By packing the midfield you are able to facilitate numerous defensive midfielders while still leaving wingers free to attack when in possession.
Midfield and Attacking:
All of these formations balance players throughout the team, focussing on midfield and attacking play. With most of the players in midfield and attack, these formations obviously leave the team vulnerable defensively. 3-4-3 is probably the most well known of these formations. You should be able to retain posession easily in midfield and attack at will, but will be short in defense. You can drop some of the midfielders back if you are struggling too much with this. Get your team to focus on short passes and keeping the ball.

3-5-2 allows for a slightly sterner defense, as it has five players in midfield. This makes it easier for players to fall back and assist the defenders. You are also able to turn attack into defense quickly. You should again try to win the ball back quickly and then maintain posession. 3-6-1 is very similar to 3-5-2, but is a lot more defensive. You can put the wingers a long way forward or play with two attacking midfielders just up behind the striker.

You can also try the 4-2-4 formation which, if you think about it, seems ridiculously offensive. With just two players in midfield, you can spread the front four out into lines. It is a good long-ball formation, where you are quite desperate towards the end of the game and are looking to bypass midfield.

4-3-3 is one of the most popular attacking formations. It allows you to play with three strikers, normally one right up front and then two playing off them. It can easily be adapted into the 4-5-1 formation. This ability to pass through midfield makes it popular with fluid, passing teams. It is not particularly weak defensively, because of the ability to drop players back into midfield. Play with enough pace in the front players and you can counter attack incredibly effectively using these tactics.
Balanced:

These formations are great for beginners and seasoned pros alike. They are relatively equally balanced between attack and defense, and allow for great flexibility on the fly as the game changes. 4-2-3-1 is a good average formation as it allows for 2 defensive midfielders but then four players focussing further forward.

4-4-2 is the classic formation and is one that most players revert to if they are having problems with tactics. The positions speak for themselves, but you do not have to lay your players out in lines. Full backs can become wing backs and push on when attacking. You can play with two defensive midfielders and two wingers, or one defensive midfielder, two wingers and one attacking midfielder, in a diamond - generally any shape you can think of can be accommodated by this formation.

Hard Tackling:

You are able to order your team to use hard tackling while playing their opponents. This can be a good move if you are getting outplayed - it will intimidate the opposition. The risk is that you can get players sent off.

Missing Players:

If you find that a player has become injured and you have no more subsitutions, or they have been sent off, a good formation is one where you try not to let the missing player's absence impact the team at all. So reverting to a 4-4-1 formation, just missing off a striker, is a good idea as you will be able to maintain the score. If you are behind and lost a player, then you obviously have more problems.

Section 1
Heavy Defensive and Defensive Formations
Catenaccio
(pic.1)
Catenaccio form and tactic was originally invented back in 1930′s by Switzerland’s Austrian coach, Karl Rappan.
Rappan’s kainotomy waw the use of what we call today “sweeper defender”. A defender between his DC’s and the Keeper, who’s main goal was to recover any loose ball and clear the danger from his area.
Since then, Catenaccio has been edited by several managers in order to fit their squad.
Triestina alhough being heavy underdog, managed using Catenaccio to finish as a runner-up of the Italian Serie A in 1947.
Talented Italian side, managed to beat strong Germany side in 1982′s World Cup Final, using an alternative formation of Catenaccio, called Zona Mista (pic.1).
Several other underdogs have manage to pick-up a good result against a stronger oppostion using a Catenaccio form.
Although Catenaccio is concidered to be a non-modern aproach to the game as it’s based on heavy defending, man-mark and counter-attack, many teams with less skilled squad have managed some uprisings, like Greece, which managed to lift the Euro throphy in 2004.
5-3-2
Image
5-3-2 formation, with one sweeper defender, two central defenders, a left and right wing back, three central midfilders and two strikers, is an extremely defensive tactic, based on man-marking and counter attack style. It provides your team with wide defence cover area and lots of triangles in order to keep some possession with short passes and hit on the break by motivating the form into 3-4-1-2, using red arrows on WBRL and the central MC.
4-5-1
Image
4-5-1 is an essensially defensive formation based on zonal marking and counter attack style. It’s ideal when your main goal is to grab a draw or defend a lead score. Defence is a classic DL-DC-DC-DR strait line. Same happens to the midfield line using three MCs and a ML and MR. Using red arrows on ML and MR you can motivate your 4-5-1 into a 4-3-3 and hit the opposition on the counter-attack.
5-4-1
Image
In 5-4-1 the aproach in the game is the same as in 4-5-1, but using red arrows on your your AMRL, you get a motivated 4-3-3 attacking form, with two more players to support the lone striker from the flanks while WBRL prevents opponent’s wide midfilders to hit back on the counter attack of yours.
4-6-0 (The Strikerless formation)
Image
As far as I know game does not allow Keeperless or Strikerless formations, but have these formation in mind too.
Strikerless formations can be found in several forms. Some are extremely defensive using a classic defensive strait line of DL-DR and two DCs, two DMCs and four MCs. Others remove the central MC and move him forward as an AMC. The most common form is when using four defenders in strait line, three MCs and pressing upper on the field with an AMC and AMRL. In order to success using such a formation, you need a very competitive defence, strong midefielders and attacking midfielders with great pace, as you hit on the counter-attack by pressing only in your half. This strategic allows you to drag your opponent deep in your side of the field and hit him on the break.
Formation solutions when have a banned player or unable to make more subs
Using the hard tackle order can be useful sometimes, especially when dealing with stronger oppositions. But is also risky as a ban can occure. Sometimes an injury comes up while you can not make more subs. So, when the draw is an option for your side or you want to keep the leading score, you can motivate your formation into a 4-4-1 or 5-3-1, normal mentality formation with and strait lines and counter attack style in order to achive your target.
When draw or defeat is not an option, a risky 4-3-2 or 4-2-3 attacking mentality formation with strait lines and a hardworking midfield may upset your opponent.
Section 2
Midfield based squads
3-5-2
Image
3-5-2 formation originaly used by Argentina’s favourite, Carlos Billardo in 1986 World Cup clashes. Like all midfield based tactics, the main goal of this formation is to hold ball possession at the centre of the pitch. 3-5-2 formation can effectively provide many scoring chances espesialy if you put pressure at whole picth but aware that there will be a gap at your flanks. In order to fix that problem, you need to employ WBRL with great pace and defending skills to replace the AMRL. In a more risky edition 3-5-2 can be played with man-marking or the offside trap when using zonal marking. Fast and effective defenders are required in order to success.
3-6-1
Image
3-6-1 is an unusual but modern formation which provides to your squad significant dominant ball possession at the centre of the pitch. Like 3-5-2 formation you need to pressure at whole pitch and play the offside trap using fast defenders and zonal marking.
3-4-3
Image
3-4-3 flat formation is very offensive. It provides your team with great ball possession and scoring chanses by pressing at whole pitch. In order to success you need great pace at your flanks and defence. A short passing style is required like all midfield formations. If you want to change your mentality to a more defensive style, you can employ your MLR to WBRL.
The 4-2-4 problem
Before going on with Section 3, I would llike to share with you a solution when dealing a 4-2-4 formation. This risky but effective formation can cause problems to your squad, especially if you don’t know how to deal with it. Many managers have recored many str8 wins based on this tactic.
Usually the intructions which are given to this formation are:
- Attacking mentality
- Normal tackling
- Mixed passing style
- Own half pressing
- No counter attack
- No offside trap
Now, let’s crack this formation ;)
The 4-2-3-1 formation should work fine for most of you. Four defenders in strait line DL-DC-DC-DR, two DMCs, ML, MC and MR used with red arrows to support your lone Striker.
—————GK——————-
—–DL—-DC—-DC—DR——–
———DMC——DMC———–
——ML——MC——–MR——
—————ST——————-
The instructions are:
- Hard tacling (if needed)
- Attacking or Normal mentality (depends on you or the previous score if it’s leg encounter)
- Short passing style
- Focus passing through the middle
- Own half pressing
Section 3
Ballanced Tactics
4-4-2
Image
4-4-2 is the most common ballanced formation in the modern football. Every position covers at least one more player using zonal marking. A hard-working midfield is required in order to support both your attack from the flanks and your defence from the centre. Full backs can join the midfield in order to give space and exploit a hit on the break using your wide midfielders pace. A shot passing style should work as ball possession is vital. 4-4-2 can be played with or without counter attack orders, depending on your opponent’s squad skills. Feel free to tweak 4-4-2 into a 4-4-1-1 with an AMC joining the midfield instead of being deep into your opponent’s defence.
4-4-2 Diamond
Image
4-4-2 Diamond or 4-1-2-1-2, is a popular tweak over the original 4-4-2. On this edition your defence line remains strait, two MCs are placed at the center of the pitch, one DMC to cover and connect your defence with the midfield playing as a deeper playmaker, one AMC employed as “10″ for forward runs and drilling balls towards your STs, to crack your opponent’s defence. Diamont formation is a very effective attacking mentality formation but requiers players with grate pace both on defence and attack especially from the flanks. Can be deployed with counter attack orders and allways with pressing on your own half otherwise your players will tire up soon before the final whistle blows.
4-4-2 Cristmass Tree
Image
Cristmass tree looks funny on your board but can be very effective and difficult to crack down. It’s similar to the 4-4-2 Diamont formation but instead of the DMC you use another one AMC with red arrows to join your lone ST from the back. The flanks gap in defence and midfield can be covered by attacking full backs. A whole pitch pressure could be effective using short passing. Attack both from the flanks and centre of the pitch. Again players with great pace are requered. If possible you can also use the offside trap.
Section 4
Attacking formations
4-3-3
Image
4-3-3 is an exeptional counter attacking formation. It’s based on the Brazilian formation 4-2-4 while giving more defensive solution with the extra midfield player insted of an fourth attacker. Wide strikers force opponents defenders to split, makings line gaps. Wide defenders can also join the attack (like Arsenal and Ajax do), making the opponents midfield to split in two, giving your MCs space to run with ball and shoot or pass the ball behind opponent’s defence. A mix passing style and focus passing should work fine.
3-3-1-3
Image
3-3-1-3 a tweak on the 4-3-3 formation used by Barcelona nowtimes, same logic and orders with the Dutch 4-3-3 but in order to sucsses you need a very skillfull squad which can put pressure at whole pitch.
4-3-1-2
Image
The last one is one of my favourites. A classic Argentinian 4-3-1-2 since 1960. Hard-working midfilders and an outstanding playmaker are enough to route opponents defence. Plus, 4-3-1-2 is very flexible, it can be tweaked to a classic flat 4-4-2 during the match and play the transition.
 Remeber, there are no magic all-winning formations, just managers willing to expiriment, adjustive squads and flexible formations. Tweak your formation!
Section 5
Instructions
A formation it self can not provide your team supperiority in the field. You need to combine your formation with the correct instructions in order to achive your aim, which is a possitive result.
Ball Possession
Ball possession is a vital part of the game, especialy when you want to play dominant football. So, when you use midfield based formations or flat attacking formations such as 3-5-2, 4-5-1, 3-6-1, 3-4-3, 4-3-3 etc. you need to use shot passing style.
Counter Attack
When using defensive and ultra defensive formations such as Catenaccio, 5-4-1 etc. or counter attacking formations such as 4-3-3, you should force the counter attack. Put pressure to your opponent on your side only and take atvantage on defence gaps wich are created by his effort to score against you. Long ball passing is required.
Offside Trap
The Offside Trap is an exellent way to decrease your opponents chances of scoring against you, while you press him upper on the pitch. Play the offside trap when using attacking formations with two DC and WBRL. Aware, that you need DCs with great pace in order to deal with counter attacks or fast STs. Avoid using the Off. Trap when the opponent use AMC(s).
Section 6
Asymmetric Formation
Total Football Formation – The Dutch way
Image
Total Football is something more than a formation. It’s a philosophy, like Catenaccio. In Total Football every player on the pitch can posse a threat to opposition keeper, no matter the role he has in the game. Even the keeper can score if possible. There is no standar tactic to represent Total Football, any tactic can be “Total Football”, but you can try out the original approach to this way of playing, which is the formation that Holland use nowdays.
-Team Mentality: Attacking
-Passing Focus: From the flanks
-Pressing Style: Own Half
-Tackling: Normal
-Passing Style: Short
-Mark: Zonal
-No Offside trap
-Yes Counter Attack
 These are the original instructions, I agree to some, I dissagree to other. Alter them in order to fit your squad.
Possible formations for beating 4-1-2-1-2 (narrow diamond) formation
Hello again MintBerry,
Well he is not exactly your enemy, he is an opponent, sounds better and it’s more accurate as a term ;)
Now, you could possibly beat 4-1-2-1-2 in my opinion by using one of these three formations. 3-5-2, 4-5-1 and 3-6-1.
If I remember well you use 3-5-2 already, so either keep it that way or change into 4-5-1 or 3-6-1. That’s your choice.
Either way, try to root him from the flanks. Use the same orders as before.
Make sure that your player are rest, have good morale and form.
It’s a final so it’s 50%-50%.
Wish you luck!
General Tactical Tips – Part 1
Which formation should I use?
When you begin the game and you don’t want or cannot affort buy any Tokens the formation which fits your squad best is the one which your players are able to play based on your squads positioning abilities.
Several managers deploy their players into positions which their players cannot perform well because simply it’s not their natural position. This mistake is done either because the manager wants to play a formation which does not suit his squad or wants to place all his big star players into the line-up no matter what.
This will cost you both poor form from these players plus low ball possession, which is vital in order to achieve possitive results.
My player can be deployed in 2 or 3 different positions. Where should I place him?
As you have only 5 subs this or these players are ideal as subs in order to cover as much as positions you can if an injury occurs. Otherwise, if you don’t have any player to cover a starting-line up position, place this player if possible to his natural position which is the first one. The are two positions are not his natural position so prefer these positions only as a solution during an injury.
Which training program should I chose?
Automated training program is an ideal option as it trains your players based on their position which are placed whithin your formation. You can also -especially if you manage a low level team- train your players physical attributes only, for the 10 first days of each season in order to support better your rotation policy.
Why should I rotate my squad?
Rotating your squad is a good way to keep your players, trained with first team experience and fit in order to last at the later stages of each season, especially if you still play in all three or two of the competitions that game has.
General Tactical Tips – Part 2
Season plan
It’s really important to plan your season. Define your season expectations based on your squad abilities and of course…your bugdet. Greed or overconfidence are a bad way to built your season plan.
I loose constantly. What’s wrong?
Before you ask in the forum first check your self if:
1) All players play to their natural position?
2) Moral is below-par?
3) Formation and Orders are well combined?
4) Do first team players need some rest for a couple of games?
Strategy to upgrade my facilities?
There is no strategy for that since you need to fully upgrade all facilities before the game unlocks next level.
The only tip I got for you is before upgrading the training facilities, recovery facilities and youth facilities, first make sure that any process of producing points or players is done. That way you won’t loose any youth players or recovery and rest points.
Why is important to experiment with formations and tactics?
Because that way you LEARN! If you really need tips or help read carefully the forum before ask, there are answers almost for any question and opinions for all matters.
How can I compare tactics?
Comparing formations and tactcs isn’t that hard. Try out your self with this simple way:
1) Use legal formations, according to the five rules of Top Eleven.
2) Spot the gaps between the lines, within the lines and at flanks. Take advantage of them.
3) Spot weak players. A weak DR maybe a good way to root opponets defence. Focus your passing from the right flank.
4) When you are unsure about which orders to give, just use the midly ones.
Half Time team talk
Great addition to the game. If team talk is well used then a manager can turn things around, maintain a possitive result or expand the goal margin of a victory.
Tips:
Aim to motivate your players. Criticism may damage your players morale with negative results. Be calm and possitive.
Demanding from your players to perform better may put unessary pressure on them, so try to encourage them.
Since team talk can concern the whole squad or each line separately try to adopt your team talk based on the formation you use and the score line.
Tell what you expect from each line during the second half. If you are unsure of how each line performed at the first half then use the team talk to whole squad.
Prepare your team for the upcoming fixture
Before any fixture takes place, make sure that your squad is tactical and phycological up for the match.
1) Know your expectations regarding the upcoming match. Make sure that you are well prepared tacticly for the up coming fixture, meaning you know what formation you’re facing plus how to deal with it. Scout the overal quality of the opposition team, take advantage over any weak player(s).
2) Make sure that all players are eligible for the match, that no bans or injuries occure.
3) All players play to their natural position
4) All key players are eligible for starting line-up, players such as captain, corner takers, free kick tacker etc.
5) Finally, take care of your players morale. Good morale is a vital factor for a good team performance.
Good luck to all!

Top Eleven Tips and Tricks by PricopGeorgeCătălin
About me
You don’t need to follow my exemple but you can check my performances (Orlova FC). I have one of the best trophys room reporting on my level.
About game
Something what you need to know from the start this is just a game, so it have bugs, errors and others but in time it will become better and better. You can lose easy even if you have better team or as well you can beat a better them.
About topic
I’m gona share my knowledge about Top11 with you. This is not a professional tutorial and thats why I won’t explain/say about everything. I know it will be boring to read so much but I spent more time writing and I’m sure you didn’t knew all this things and you will find something useful.
FORMATION
Formation is first thing about which you should take care when you are starting to play and it’s one of the most important thing in this game.
How to set formation:
Set formation by your best first 11 players, but there are some rules, to have a normal possesion you should have at least 3 defenders, 2 midfielders (x2 MC recommended), 1 striker and 1 player one each side (left/right).
It’s very possible like at the end your formation to look very strange but as long you have 1 player on both side, 3 defenders and 2 midfielders (x2 MC recommended) and 1 striker, is perfect. I will post an exemple:

(LARIAT F.C)
You can say is it don’t make sense or it won’t work but with that tactic and normal players (no 6 stars, special abilities or I don’t know what) at the end of season 8, team achievements was:
Why you should not change your tactic?
A lot of players are changing their tactic against other players and they are fails, you need to know when you are changing your formation you are losing very much and there is no formation who can beat an other one, clear. First of all if you are this type of manager you will need to buy more players, then changing players very often you won’t give them opportunity to grow normal, more games on substitution bench it’s mean less skill points so a weaker team also their moral will decrease much faster and you will need to use more boosters from game to game and this can be a big problem.
Keeping same formation for all season, will not guarantee that you will win all games but you won’t need to use so many boosters, you don’t need to many substitutions and your first 11 will become better from a game to an other one.
TACTIC
Tactic is the second thing which you should take care after you finished with your formation, there are a lot of types and you can switch them easy from a game to an other one.
How to set tactic:
I see a lot of players are changing their tactic from a game to an other and I will never understand why, for me is just a lot of wasted time, I’m using same tactic for 8 seasons and really check my trophys room is pretty awsome.
Arrows are very great tool. To activate them click on a player and you will have red and blue arrows, you can use them because it will make your players to go more in attack or in defense, simply use blue for all defenders and red for midfielders and strikers and avoid to give red arrows to defenders, as long you are not playing against Internationale Milano and you don’t have Gareth Bale to run like crazy along side and score.
Orders are “important” for some, but like I said I didn’t changed them from level 1 and for me its worked very good, maybe it won’t be same for you but in my oppinion dosen’t metter on your team you need to play on attacking if you want to win. This are my settings, ofcourse you don’t need to play with them.
Auto-substitutions is one of the most important tool and you should use it for sure, is very good for players who have only 1 player on side, because in case of injured you will lose all ball possesion, in case of red card, pray to God or Budha. Even if you don’t have a player for that part, just put somebody still is better then nothing.
Penalty taker’s order is something what can help you especialy if you have a player with special ability, but if you don’t one set the player who have the most points on attack.
Free-kick taker’s order is very important because you are getting 1,2 or even more chances per game. Here is again same story like on penalty, if you don’t have a player with special ability, set for this the player who have the most points on attack.
Corner-kick taker’s order is much easier as long is pretty easy to find a player with this special ability but if you don’t have it, check your midfielders and strikers to see who have the most points on passing that one should be the best.
(or set your GK and don’t worry he don’t need to run 100+ metters back, he can teleport)
Captain’s order is not giving you anything so you don’t need to care about it, but if you really want, put the oldest player, try to make him more happy before he retire.
Others: Training is something what you should not abuse, also don’t train your players if they are low then 75% fitness, is very important when you start a game like your players to have a very good procent of fitness. Don’t train main players during the season if is not necessary, but you can train substitutions every day without problems, ofcourse you risk to get injured players.
Others: Skill Points, are rewards after a game or training so try to use them wisely, for defenders give all points only to defense for midfielders and strikers give all points to attack, avoid to learn new possitions or special ability because is very hard and more then sure you won’t be able.
Others: Friendly games are very good if you attempt to collect some boosters or moneys, but like on training you risk to injure them.
Others: Fitness & Moral, this two should be always or how much often on maximum if you want your team to perform very good.
Others: Win bonus is very important if you want your team to play better or this is what Nordeus told me, to set go to finances then to tickets & bonuses and in left-down part of screen you have win bonus. If you have moneys try to give them full.
Others: Tickets price, should not be on maximum, try to find exactly the best amount because is depend from team to team, start with a low price around 6 and add 1 dollar if you see if you full stadium. Is important to have full stadium because you are winning 5% ball possesion.
[b]Others: Watch games if you can, don’t run from school, work or let your girlfriend to wait for you outside in -20 grades because maybe she will find somebody else to “heat”. You are taking 8% ball possesion for that and 2% for each friend, but you can’t have more then 15%. Also you can manage better your team.
FINANCES
Here enter, moneys and tokens, the bad/good part is you can’t cheat or use game in your advantage, there is some way to cheat moneys and is working but is only temporary and if you will use that moneys, after you reload application you risk to be on minus with moneys.
TOKENS
Is not so easy to collect them and you can lose then very easy so you always need to be careful what are you doing with them. If you want to buy some emblem or jerseys, don’t do that from your main account, you can create 1 or 100 accounts and send to you how many emblems and jerseys you want but don’t do it from your account, this way is not against the rule so is 100% legit and 1% fair play but why we should care about that.
How to get tokens:
I will explain you more ways to get tokens, how you spend them is your job and if you are on same server with me, I hope you will lose them fast and you won’t get anything for them.
TV Rights are the first who bring to you tokens for free, at the start of the game you need to sign some contract, here depend on you which one is more flexible for you, I’m using second one. There are 4 types of contract NORDEUS, SPEED, TOPKERS(aka Snickers) or TOPOFONE (aka Vodafone). Only first 2 deserve so you need to think which one is better for you. NORDEUS is very good if you can’t come daily, duration is 10 days and you can get 28 tokens in one season, next one is SPEED and the best if you can log everyday, same like on SPEED duration is 10 days but you can get up to 35.
Win Tokens. You can win some tokens for free by completing free offers, watch videos, download games/programms or other tasks. If you want check click on BUY TOKENS and then you should have more offers and there you can find more providers from where you can get tokens for free or contra-cost.
Refferal. This is new to game so if you are bored and you want more tokens you can invite your friends, just ask them to click on invitation if they don’t like it they don’t need to pay but maybe some of them will love this game. And if you are very bored and you have time you can create more account and invite yourself, is legit (I think) is working from same IP (for the moment yes) but is not “FAIR PLAY”. PS: You don’t need to care about that.
Donating is the best way to get tokens, ofcourse if you want to spend moneys for this game, you are not forced so you are free to choose. If you buy from your mother or father card, better take a big amount of tokens, anyway you will have problems after that and at least you will have more tokens.
MONEYS
Moneys have the same importance as tokens, maybe at the start you won’t need to many, especialy after level 1 when you will be in cup versus teams who are level 20 and you will get few milions per game and for a player you several hundred K, but when you will go more far in level, moneys from Competition won’t help you to much so you need to know how to sell your players.
How to get moneys:
There are more ways here to get moneys, first you are taking from sponsorship contracts. The best contract is NORDEUS but you need to log daily so here is same, you know how often you can log so depend on you, but if you can log daily choose NORDEUS or try Env (aka Envato).
Ticket sales. You can set prices for 3 competitions, don’t set for all same. At friendly games you won’t have so many so try to set some small price, in league should be somewhere at middle and in CL it can be a bit more expensive, but here you need to check which is the best for each one, select a price and if you see your stadium is full, add 1 more dollar to see if it will be again full and try to find the best price but at the same time to have full stadium to don’t lose ball possesion.
Selling players. This is the most important part for moneys and from where you should get the most. The best moment to sell players is after 6,7 PM when the most are online and at the end of the season, don’t wait till season is end and then to sell them at the start, because their price will go low very much because they are 1 year older.
Free contract players. You can also search on transfers market players who have an (F) where is price, they are free so all what you need to pay is their contract, you don’t need to pay other moneys but yes you will need to pay tokens to so be careful don’t give on them more then 1 token.
Buy moneys. If you have to much tokens and you don’t know what to do with them you can buy moneys but is not such a good idea for exemple at my level 8 with 45 I can buy 40 millions but with 45 tokens I can buy as well easy 30 players out of contract and I can sell them with 4,5 millions, this is more then 120M so it’s more then 3 times.
TRANSFERS
Maybe the best part of this game are transfers, I will show you some tricks about how you should bid and when, maybe in time I will make some video of buying players.
Date: The wrost and the best is at the start of the season when everybody is looking for players, but is important from you to buy good players for the new season as soon as you can.
Time: This is very important and you should know when is good to bid and when is good to avoid. The best time is in the morning when there are not so many players online, around 6-8 is the best but even like that you can find somebody who have a lot of tokens, things like this can happen all the time.
Connection: If you have a bad or not such a good internet connection avoid to bid in last second a small delay can make you to lose a player very easy.
Others: Less tokens: A lot of players are bidding with 1,2 tokens and then they are crying because they don’t have any chance so avoid to bid if you don’t have at least 5 or more tokens.
What you need – you need to avoid!
Is good to avoid players with special ability and young players but this is what you need more too so check to see how many players bid for him before and wait how much you can, if is possible till less second on initial round.
What you should buy is what you need to avoid but here depend on you, on how many tokens you have and how much you want to risk.
What you need to know before!
The point is to buy young players, players with special abilities or players who are close to become an other level (new star). But with all this there are a lot of players much better, who maybe they look weaker on general quality but on their post they can be equivalent of a 6,7 stars player, take a look on next pictures and you can see how a 58 quality player can be better then a 59 quality player on their possition.
FACILITIES
It can play an important role in your career and for your team. First try to upgrad stadium and then start with facilities but start with what you need more and let for the end facilities like SCOREBOARD or LIGHTS.
Stadium: its very good and it help you to get faster moneys, plus is look very nice to have a big stadium.
Seatings: it won’t help you to much and at the end you will need to pay more and you will wait more time so if you want to upgrade them don’t do it, upgrade stadium.
Pitch: this is very important and it reduce the number of injured players
Lights: are just visual so let them for the end, the best part is you don’t need to pay electricity for them.
Medial: yes this is something proprietary, especialy when you have so many injured players.
Utilities: you are not winning to much moneys with this so you can let it for end but anyway is more important then Lights or Scoreboard.
Parking: is pretty important and is increasing the number of your fans and if you have a great car like Bumblebee from Transformers you can meet Megan Fox.
Training: is important too and it’s helping you to improve your players.
U-21: is good only for selling this young players who you will get, you can make some nice moneys with them but is bad that you are taking only few 2 or 4 during of 1 season.

END
Like I said at the start this is how I see the game, others don’t see like me, some of them think they are Ferguson (from Manchester United), Mourinho (C.F Real Madrid) or Kim Poulsen (from national of Tanzania).
Thank you for your time!
